My family is originally from Nicaragua, but thanks to Manifest Destiny I was born in the United States of America. Life hasn’t always been easy, but if there is one thing that always grounds me and reminds me how precious our time is, it’s running. Running is in my blood. It connects me with the environment in a way that nothing else can. Long runs, down picturesque paths, create aspirational feelings of joy and hope that invigorate me. I often combine my love of running with my desire to travel. I’m always on the lookout for future places to call home, explore exotic remote work destinations, or immerse myself in “slomad” communities. Travel has made me who I am today, and should our paths ever cross, I’d love to swap travel stories with you.

The real purpose of this website is to apply search engine optimization principles to generate both organic, and paid, traffic via GoogleAds and potentially Facebook Ads. The principles applied are derived from the teachings of Seth Hymes, founder of the Digital Marketing Career Blueprint.
I have created a couple SEO driven articles as my starting content. When I work my way around to the “blog” content, it will come from my heart with no other intent than to add color, personality, and authenticity. Too much content is solely driven by the formulas in order to appeal the Google Spiders crawling websites. I published a book that is relevant to the content on this site so I could run Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads versus signing up for a Clickbank affiliate program. I feel much better running ads, from something I’ve created, in the feed of folks exploring the loan signing agent income stream as a side hustle.

This creative work was inspired because I bought a course about self publishing via Amazon KDP and one of the steps in the system is to publish a book using the techniques in the 7 Day Challenge from the Mikkelson Twins in their AIA Publishing Course.
I self-published the book “Lifestyle Signings: A Loan Signing Agent Journey” because it is relevant to the content on this site. Furthermore, I could run Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads to this book versus signing up for a Clickbank affiliate program. For the purpose of this site, I feel much better running ads, from something I’ve created, in the feed of folks exploring the loan signing agent income stream as a side hustle.
Why This topic?
Simple. I approached the loan signing agent income stream from a side hustle perspective. Side hustle not meaning I pay less attention to the details but a side hustle as it is not the end of income journey. Loan Signing are mean to a greater manifestation, a greater project, and a greater purpose. In fact, I am going to say that this book has a little bit of magic in it.
